The Xtend Barre method was created by Andrea Rogers. It combines elements of Pilates and dance to create a dynamic and safe workout. There are more than 40 Xtend Barre studios worldwide.
In an effort to make Xtend Barre more accessible, Andrea teamed up with Openfit to create the at-home Xtend Barre workout program. Available on Openfit.com and the Openfit app, users can take the Xtend Barre workouts, in addition to XB Pilates, XB Stretch, and Xtend Barre Live, at home or wherever they are.
In order to do the Xtend Barre workouts at home, you must create an Openfit account. Then you can go to Openfit.com or download the Openfit to take the classes.
