What’s the T-Mobile Tuesday Offer?
T-Mobile customers get 30 days of free access to Openfit through T-Mobile Tuesdays on Tuesday, May 19. Un-carrier customers can claim their free subscription through the T-Mobile Tuesdays App and redeem it through Openfit any time between 5:00 a.m. ET on Tuesday, May 19, and 4:59 a.m. ET on Tuesday, May 26.
What is the Offer?
Free subscription to Openfit for 30-days from the date of redemption. If you do not cancel your subscription on or before the 30-day anniversary of the redemption date, the card on file will be charged $19.95 every 2 months until the subscription is canceled.
Do I need to provide a credit card number?
You will need to provide a valid credit card upon sign up for Openfit. Don’t worry, you won’t be charged until the trial period expires. If you don’t want to continue your subscription, make sure you cancel it with Openfit directly. Otherwise, at the end of the 30-day trial period, your credit card will be automatically charged the individual subscription price, currently $19.95/every 2 months on a bi-monthly recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel your trial at no charge at any time before the trial is over to avoid bi-monthly charges. No refunds for partial billing periods are available.
Who is eligible?
Any T-Mobile customer on a qualifying T-Mobile branded monthly rate plan can participate. Qualifying rate plans include most consumer and business monthly plans that include voice and data. Every qualifying line can participate if considered to be in "active status." To be eligible, customers must be at least 18 years old, minors need to be at least 13 years of age with parental consent, and customers in Puerto Rico must be at least 21 years old. Simply download the T-Mobile Tuesdays app, log in, and start getting thanked each week. Government accounts, payday/paygo plans, data only plans, plans without data, and Connect talk & text plans are not eligible.
How and When do I redeem the Openfit offer?
I have an iPhone / I’m on iOS, why can’t I claim the Openfit offer in the T-Mobile Tuesdays app?
The redemption process is a bit different for the Openfit offer, but don’t worry, it’s still just as easy to get it! Simply head to http://www.t-mobiletuesdays.com/ on your mobile device or desktop to claim the offer.
What if I can’t remember my T-Mobile ID and/or password?
You can reset a forgotten password from the T-Mobile ID sign-in page on www.T-MobileTuesdays.com by clicking the “Forgot Login Info?” link. You can also access the page directly by browsing to account.t-mobile.com. (Link to public TMO ID FAQs for password reset)
What if I already have a subscription to Openfit?
