All cancelled subscriptions will continue until the end of the current billing cycle
To cancel a subscription on our website:
1. Log into your account
2. Under the "Me" icon, select "Subscriptions"
3. Select "Manage Auto-Renew"
4. Select "Turn Auto-Renew Off" or click here
To cancel a subscription through mobile devices:
1. Tap "Me"
2. Tap the wheel icon at the upper right-hand screen
3. Tap "Membership" and select "autorenew"
4. Tell us why Openfit didn't work out for you
5. Tap "Cancel Membership"
To cancel a subscription purchased through Apple:
1. Go to settings and tap your Apple ID at the top (you may be promoted to enter your password, Face ID, or Touch ID)
2. Tap on "Subscriptions"
3. Tap on Openfit > Tap "Cancel Subscription" > Tap “Confirm”
