All cancelled subscriptions will continue until the end of the current billing cycle
To cancel a subscription on our website:
1. Log into your account
2. Tap the "Me" icon in the upper right hand corner
3. Select the "Gear" icon next to your name
4. Select "Subscriptions" and "Manage Auto-Renew"
5. Select "Turn Auto-Renew Off"
To cancel a subscription through mobile devices:
1. Tap the "Me" icon in the upper left hand corner of the app
2. Tap the drop down in the upper right hand corner of the app
3. Tap "Subscriptions" and "Manage Auto-Renew"
4. Tap “Turn off auto-renew”
To cancel a digital subscription purchased through Apple:
1. Go to settings and tap your Apple ID at the top (you may be prompted to enter your password, Face ID, or Touch ID)
2. Tap on "Subscriptions"
3. Tap on Openfit > Tap "Cancel Subscription" > Tap “Confirm”
