Some of our walking and running classes have preset goals such as running for 2 miles or doing intervals (for outdoor and treadmill). No matter what, your trainer will challenge you to reach your personal goals tailored specifically to you!
To track your current progress, you’ll see our circular icon, “GO!”. Around the circle, you’ll see green to let you know you’re on track or red, to give you a little push to meet your target goal.
