Known Issues for Chromecast Users:
- Workouts are not tracked when casting
- Casting will only display non-modifier video (modifier will not show)
- Closed captioning does not display when casting
What should I do if I'm experiencing this issue?
This issue only affects users when casting via Chromecast; if you log in using web, app, Roku, or any other method, then your workouts will track as expected.
When will this be fixed?
There is currently no ETA on when this will be fixed; but our Tech Teams are diligently working to correct this issue.
How will I know when this is fixed?
We will update this FAQ article once the issue is resolved.
Note: Openfit app update (vs. 1.3.1) released on 3/13/19 resolved this issue for all scenarios EXCEPT Chromecast
