If you are experiencing issues with the Openfit app not loading, blank screens, videos not loading at all, or other unexpected errors, check the Streaming Internet Speed Recommendations or connect to Wi-Fi on your iOS device prior to following these troubleshooting steps from your AirPlay device: | |
1. | Turn off Auto-Lock on your iOS device. Go to Settings > Display & Brightness > Auto-Lock > Never |
2. | Enable AirPlay on both Apple TV and iOS devices: |
a. Apple TV: Settings > AirPlay > Click to turn "On" | |
b. iPhone/iPad: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to reveal the Control Center > Tap AirPlay AirPlay ![]() ![]() |

3. | Open the Openfit app and select your desired workout |
4. | Tap on AirPlay on the bottom left corner of the player and select your Apple TV device |
