If you’re having trouble logging into Openfit, it may be due to a couple reasons:
1. There’s an issue with your log-in method
2. There’s an issue with your email address or password

1. There’s an Issue with Your Log-in Method
If you receive a message that you created your account with Facebook, Google, or Amazon, you will need to log-in through the indicated social site.
Once registered via a social account, we are unable to undo the registration, and the social login must be used moving forward.You will not be able to log-in to Openfit using your email and password.
2. There’s an Issue with Your Email Address or Password
If you receive an incorrect email or password message, check your formatting. Passwords are case-sensitive and spacing matters. Be sure to use the correct capitalization, and that there are no extra spaces before or after the text.
If you’re still experiencing an issue, try resetting your password. If you don’t receive an email from us after requesting a password reset link (usually within 1 minute), try checking the following:
Check your spam folder
Consider if your Openfit subscription is under a different email address
Try logging in through your social website (Facebook, Google, Amazon)
